Default Knock alerts - which to buy?

I looked in search but all topics strats and noone answer question:
Which and where to buy knock alert. I found one - MSD Engine knock alert.
Any other companies that sell this kind of stuff?
Is this MSD Engine knock alert works as a single/separate or it need something more like MSD other stuff?

casper electronics makes a set up, its not made just for a type r but its another system to consider(alot of turbo Gm guys use this seystem ,grand national,typhoon etc.)they have a visual and audable set up. . then there the J&S knock sensor also.

J&S is great because not only does it alert you to knock, but it actually does something about it (retards timing temporaraly)

A lot of subaru guys use the KnockLink:
