TCC code, transmission troubles
I gotta 2000 accord and when warmed up it Shifts hard and when coming to stop Jerks like hell to first gear. Its got 100k miles and heres what i've Heard/done
Heard- previous owners may have used Dexron III instead of Honda fluid
Done- Swapped the solonids on the outside w/ an 02 model, the results made it worse, now it doesnt even need to warm up to shift crappy
I found on the solonids that the Screen was partially clogged w/ junk, we swapped them with a good one but it got worse
Now i have a code TCC i think it means Torque Converter Clutch, what should i do next???? Thanks

Sorry to tell you, but you're going to need a transmission.
I work at a dealership, and when they start acting up like that, there's no choice but to replace them.
Honda has been having problems with 98-00 transmissions.

Take it to the dealership and let them look it up in the computer, as it's possible that your transmission might be covered under a Honda Warranty Extension.
