i have this problem only at part throttle and i pulled thhe plugs and they are fairly lean all whitish. i'm thinking it's my fuel filter being clogged but wanna check if you guys have ran into problems like this. i had a problem just like this with my 92 hatch si but a bottle of injectotr cleaner solved the problem. that didn't work for this boy. this acr is all stock minus a thermal exhaust

 

check your idle air control sensor. it might've gone bad.

 

i have the same problem rite now could be acouple of things such as a bad distributor, cap and rotor, plugs(well if u said they were ok then never mind) idle air control sensor, wires and like u said too fuel filter, go check all the basic stuff these cars are old so u never know.

 

when you guys say idle air contron sensor you mean idle air control valve right?. i don't haveidle problems at all just part throttle bucking at 2000-2500 rpm. but i 'll take it out and give it a a nice cleaning see whatit does. i'll change te fuel filter too while i'm at it.
