i am not sure if this is the right room to put this is but.....ok i have a 99 civic si..just put on my drag gen turbo and got it hondata tuned yesterday....i am runnin about 8psi...ok so today i pull onto the highway and give it alittle gas and it kinda stutters and wont let me rev over like 4k rpm

so i pull over and open the hood and theres no smoke or anything and the check engine light went on...so i just drive it back home very carefully and turn the car off..about 2 min later i start it up again and the check engine light is off and i try to rev it up and i rev it easily to 6krpms

wtf?? now its like theres nothing wrong with my car....so i take it out again to make sure and i give it some gas and it seemed like the second i hit boost is when it happened again...so i drive home easily.....my buddy thinks i need a new clutch and flywheel because he thinks when it wont rev past 3k rpms is because the flywheel is just spinning.....but yea please help me out on this.....if u have any questions about my car just ask please

 

Hows your ignition and timing?

 

If your flywheel was just spinning, then revving past 3k would be so easy. Go back to your tuner....

 

could be the knock sensor, i've had that light before. run the code off the computer code 23 is the knock sensor
