what does code 19 mean for a d16a6?

what does code 19 mean for a d16a6?
i searched and couldn't find the answer so i figured i would throw up a post. Anyway i get this and code 1 when i am driving down the road and then check engine light comes on i check it and it is always the same. Anyways if any honda techs could help me out i would be gratefull
