Default want to rebuild my 94 ls teg with 120k miles for a turbo

i have a 94 ls teg. the engine has 120k miles on it about. i want to rebuild it and put a turbo on it. right now im not to concerned about the type of turbo just rebuilding the engine. what should i do to the engine? i was thinking resleeve, pistons, rings? what else should be done? i want the engine in almost new condition. i dont want to get some stuff done to the engine then have it blow because i forgot something. please leave any and all info or comments.

Good Rods,Perf Valve Springs,New Oil Pump..thats about it...unless your trying to squeeze every last drop of HP out of it..then youll need lots of port work on head with oversized valves with matching cams topped off with a str, venom or JG hi flow intake manifold and TB...all that extra stuff thats unnecessary for something street driven
