Default quick swap question.

Hey all. I have a 91 civic dx hatch that i bought a new engine for a while ago. The engine is a d15b7 but i believe it has a si throtle body. The engine i belive is also a 93. I have an engine harness for a 91 civic dx and one that works for the engine(came with it) and what seems to be a vtech harness for a 91 also. any ideas on how i can make this setup work? What i will need to do?
Thanks

Keep your stock harness and modify it to fit the ECU and motor you plan to use.

I find that there are a few wires on the harness that dont hook up to anything on the engine, is this normal? Also how would you suggest i alter the harness so that it will work with a throtle body? On the harness i have it is just one plug that would go into the f/i i am guessing.
