I wouldn't pay that much, I'm pretty sure you can pick one up at Target for $30 or so.

But seriously, what are the details?? Mileage? Condition? Year? Tell us the details and we'll tell you if it's a good deal or not.

You know damn well what I ment...********. As you can tell by the little smilie face that says "TRIAL MEMBER", I am new here, I am also new to the 4 banger crowd. I just totaled my 383 '94 Z28 and until I get another V8 project started I will buy and drive a Prelude...I like how they look anyways.

92 HONDA PRELUDE, Invader body kit, 35k miles on new v-tec, adjustable coil- covers, Motegi racing rims, Panasonic CD, $6500

1993 HONDA PRELUDE, intake, exhaust, tint, alarm, Altezza lights, xenon, fog lights, w/ 17" wheels $6700 obo, w/ 15" wheels $6,000 obo, xcelent cond 140 k mi

94' Honda Prelude V-Tec; 5spd, Exc. condition, comes with all the options. Leather and interior are in Immaculate condition. This car has been very well maintained. Runs great. Comes with brand new snow tires.6500

This is about what I have been finding in Utah, with minor variations here and there. Thanx for the help and sarcasm and I hope to be a respected member of this little forum ya got here.

That is the best year and model trim to get... 2.2 DOHC VTEC, OBD1, EL Gauges, Dual Air Bags. What more could you ask for...

You cant slip for a sec on this forum or you get flamed to death. From the sounds of it I would go with the 94. I wouldn't want something someone else has already "riced" up. Just my 2 cents. Since it is the newest and has the least done to it, your gonna know exactly what you are getting. Plus that was a great year for the Prelude and you can play the old Gran Turismo and get a 94 VTEC!
Good luck and welcome!

'94+ seems to be the general concensus. I will be buying a prelude, sometime mid september so I am just out to make sure i get a good one.
I have seen some people pull the old steering wheel out and pop in a momo or sparco, doesnt that become a saftey issue next time it needs to be inspected? I also cant seem to find a place that has A LOT of performance parts for preludes, you guys know of any that have a more than normal selection?
Thanx for the help everybody and, mdjplay, thanx for the welcome.

Yes, the newer the better. Or you will be like me and be trying to upgrade to the newer versions. I dont know about the steering wheel and the inspection issue.
For parts, I watch ebay pretty regularly but you have to be careful because their is much more junk on there than anything, but you can find the good stuff too. If there is a particular mod you want advice about. Ask for peoples opinions on that particular mod with a new thread here. Most here speak from experience. If you want to have some fun dreaming about some parts, go to http://www.nopionline.com They have just about everything you could want but you can probably find some better prices if you really search. Last... IMO... No Alteezas, no cheap body kits (they dont fit right, I like Wings West's stuff) and ONLY JDM headlight upgrades and JDM or USDM fog lights. Oh and an H22 with a manual tranny! You should be representin' proper.

Good luck!

ummmm, yes they did

Go with the 94 like everyone else is saying.
If it's gone by september, look for another stock one.
Chances are that the riced out ones have been beat to **** as well.

As for mods, do some studying in the FAQ sticky at the top
before you spend money on useless stuff. Lot of good info in there
