I tried searching for the EG steerign wheel but I didnt find the answer to my question so I am posting this and hoping that it was not asked before.

I saw 2 types of EG *sedan* steering wheel.

First was this one



and then theres this one




Can anyone tell me whats the difference, like the first one can only be seen in a certain year, model, trim, etc...

The first wheel looks like it doesn't have an air bag and is not from an EG

At least it isn't from a US EG.

 

the first one is from a JDM EG.
second one is from usdm EG

 

So there is a difference between US and canadian model, coz I have a similar steering wheel as the first one. But when I look at my friends 92 EG EX-V, he has the second one, btw I have a 94 EG *dunno if it is an LX or what*.

I think the first has an airbag. although it didnt say.


And both are sedans

 

1st. one is jdm
2nd. one is usdm

 

first one does NOT have an airbag...the 2nd one is my car, a 92-95 USDM EG steering wheel

BTW are airbags optional in the 92-95 civic?
