is this noise from my coilovers moving in there ????....

I say go with springs if thats your budget. I used to have some old coilovers, switch over to neuspeed race springs and with the neuspeed springs it drop right on my fenders....front and rear. The ride felt way better then my cheap coilover but now I bought some new set of Tein basics coilovers and love it....

if you truly want coilovers, then for your price range I'd say a nice set of Ground Control coilovers (you can get a set of used GC's on here with that price range). Many people have them on here and I do as well, no problems at all. However, just as a warning, coilovers aren't typically meant to be adjusted all the time, its more of a adjust to your perfect setting the first time and then leave them. Constant adjusting can throw off your alignment and can cause bad tire wear. If you have lifetime adjustment at a shop somewhere, then you can just ignore my warning and tweak all day
