Seat Belt Buzzer - Need to disable
My seat belt buzzer will not go off on my 91 Civic. The seat belt itself works good.
But the buzzer stays on.
I want to DISABLE the buzzer -- is there a way to do this
THANKS FOR YOUR HELP!!!!

Not always, I don't know if the deciding factor is trim level, year or what, but sometimes this will make the buzzer go constant. The only way to disable it at this level is pull the harness out of the circuit board with the buzzer (or break the buzzer off). On a CRX this is between the sun visors, on a civic, check a manual. After doing this you can also pull the cluster bulb for seatbelt if that bothers you.

for CRX... 88-89 belt light is on the cluster, 90-91 is on the rear view mirror.

actually, i think the belt light is in the 90-91 cluster, too. the buzzer, as mr. saturn pointed out, can be disconnected between the sun-visors, in the little box the rear view mirror goes into (also has 2 seat-belt lights).
