first impressions: KYB AGX + Eibach Sportlines
So I finally got these babies on my gen. 4 yesterday. My initial impressions? I'm very happy with them. The ride is somewhat bouncy but not awfully annoying. I have the AGX's set to the 4th setting which is the firmest I believe. It's not too different compared to the firmness of my factory shocks..maybe its just me? Handling now is a night and day difference. I can enter and accelerate through turns with ease. I guess I also have my Toyo Proxes 4's to thank for that too. I'm gonna have to play with the AGX's to see which setting is most confortable for me.
Oh yeah.. I'm dropped on the stock SI wheels. There is about a finger or two of gap in the front and a little more in the back but I expect that to decrease after the springs settle. If i can find a digi cam., I'll get some pics up. The lude looks so much better with the drop. I'm a happy camper

Like what? 4 is the stiffest setting

Why are they bouncy? Has the body roll when entering turns faded, or is it still present. Also, are you still on stock bushings?
I'm looking at this same setup, and am currently replacing my bushings and boots (stock rubber replacements). Stock my car has a lot of roll, especially with worn out rubber. But it's firm at least on up/down bumps - and I wouldn't want to trade that for bouncy.

I have AGX and GCs and its wonderful. I rock 3 setting all the time. What do you mean its still bouncy? Maybe you mean just stiff and rough? I cant imagine on 4 your car would bounce i know mines like riding on welded suspension.
I didn't mean they were bouncy all the time. I meant to say that when the road gets rough.. i feel it. Body roll has decreased dramatically over stock (of course). I'll probably work on saving for sway bars to finish up suspension work, and then off to getting a h22.
How much more of a difference do you guys feel after adding sways to your car after dropping it? I was thinking that if its not that big of a difference, I'd just go ahead and save for the engine.

I would assume so since the sportlines are the "race" springs of their product line, but I don't know since I've never rode in a car with the pro kit.
