normally people come up on friday night and stay untill sunday morning at the campark campgrounds. According to synoptic we will have the big field again like we normally do. Also reservations are "filling" up... they say that ever year, never happened once...

for reservations call 1-877-226-7275 and tell them you are with the crx group. its about 25 bucks a day canadian if i remember correctly.

so post up here if you are going, and where you are located so convoys can form. I know there is usually a big convoy with the ohio guys and the NYC/LI boys as well as the Hudson Valley, NY group...

people come from CA and Las vegas as well as FL...

 

I'm in yet once again. Yes, I live in Vegas....we're talking 2300 miles or so. I hear some people from socal we're talking about coming. If you want to get together...give a call 702-561-1606.
I've gone for the past 3 or 4 years. Very much worth the drive. That's it, it's too good not to go.
It'll give me an opportunity to put some more miles on the new D17 turbo.

I'm really excited now because I was supposed to be moving with my family that weekend, and now were not, so hopefully, me and my brother should be rolling up in twin red rexes our friends Ek hatch just got totaled which really sucks so its just us 2 in south jersey if anyone else wants to meet up for the drive.

PS - Is this gonna be a swap meet as well? like should i bring extra parts laying around that i dont need?

 

i'll be there, either with the primered 90 crx si or the 95 four door teg. don't want to take the teg up but hopefully the rex will be running

Word of warning, though - Campark charged me twice (supposed to only charge one night when you reserve), so if you do make a reservation, check to make sure that they only do it once.

I'm at the NJ/NY border, leaving Friday morning. Any people interested in a convoy, let me know.

 

I'm there guys. I just bought a beater 'cause the CRX is down till next year. Just got the car on Saturday, pulled the motor, and started a swap yesterday. Gotta finish the OBD1 swap, fix the minor rust paint it, install a stereo, and install a new interior and I will be ther for my 5th visit. Can't wait to see you guys there. The Sundowner Awaits Us!!!

NY/hudson valley convoy whats up

I would love to go, Ill just wait for the aftermath, and read all the fun stories, that is gonna half to do...

 

I am organizng the Long island convoy so let me know if you wanna meet up with us. We are meeting off exit 39 N at the mobil station.e will be leaving at 8:00 am on the 9th.
our route up:
throgsneck to 95S
to I-80 W
to I-380N
to I-81N
to I-690W
then hook up to the NYS thruwway (I-90 W) to niagra then into canda.

As of right now It is going to be tricky meeting up with people on the way. This is due to the fact of everyone leaving at different times and stopping at different times. So we'll see. If you have a walky talky thing bring that so we can stay in touch. If you are going ot be on any one of those highways on them way up to niagra then drop me a line and maybe we can work out a meeting place. My cell is (516)770-5629.
