I was wondering the same thing actually. Is there any disadvantage to the compact AN-R header vs. the regular one? Flow, length, etc......? It would be nice to keep the extra room up there if possible, but if there is any disadvantages in performance I'd rather go with the regular AN-R.

I have an an-r compact header in my EF and it hit my Fluidyne radiator. Had to modify my radiator bracket to pull it away from the header.

well i was wondering that as well... but more so is it worth upgrading (if you would call it that) to a dual core radiator

the anr compact and anr regualr are supposed to be the exact same...same runner length and everything, just routed differently...

i have the regular anr header for my gsr, i had to get a half sized fluidyne so that it would fit, i couldve saved some money and gone with the compact one, but my theory is that the regular one has to flow better, and the long primaries is what i really like about it, i would guess that they dont perform exactly the same, even if they are supposed to
