Default Back from the track . . good news and bad news. :(

http://www.importatlanta.com put on a "tunerfest" show at http://www.atlantadragway.com this past saturday.

I went up in hopes of winning some $.

They were giving payouts for closest to 14.0, 13.0, 12.0, 11.0, 10.0 ET's as well as best reaction time, and best time for a street car.

I also wanted to test and tune my itr powered EF hatch (stock motor + toda valvesprings + hondata s200 + bolt ons + stock itr tranny).

I ended up cutting a .505 light and winning $150!

My best timeslip is below (on azenis at 33psi) :

r/t - .630
60' - 2.387
330 - 6.195
1/8 - 9.363
mph - 77.77
1000 - 12.082
1/4 - 14.400
mph - 96.27

33 psi is waaay too much. Drop that **** to like 15/20 and you should be able to shave that 60' time a bit. Still not a bad pass however...

I would have thought an EF with those mods you would have been in the 13's... But what do I know.

Good light and $150 is allways nice to have!

Well, I forgot to mention the 5-lug, abs, and ac that weigh a bit..... I guess it's a heavy ****. I'm scared to weigh it - it might tip the scales as more than my itr! The temp was also in the 90's (daytime runs), so hopefully at night or in the fall I'll have more available power.....

But looking at the 60', if I drop it to 1.8 I should be in the 13's pretty easy.

Damn, it's a long road to 12's!!!
