Default Block drain bolt for coolant - need to replace washer?

When draining the block of coolant, do I need to replace the crush washer underneath? This is for my 99 B16.

Where should I get the washer?

Its a good idea to change if you dont wanna risk it leaking.

Just head to your local dealership, they should have them in stock.
