Default JDM Mirror fitment

I found these mirrors... http://store.yahoo.com/yhst-14....html , and could'nt get a straight answer to my question from the seller, so here I am. Are the non power folding mirrors compatible with 99-00 wiring? It says they work with 96-98, and I can't see why they would'nt work with 99-00 as well, so if anyone can please confirm this one way or another, that would be sweet. Thanks.

Nate

seems kind of high for non-power folding mirrors, just power mirrors(power tilt only). PasswordJDM sold me a set for 265.00 for the mirrors and the switch but never get them back in stock but charged my credit card anyway to PasswordJDM. I would buy those in a heartbeat if they were power folding too for the same price.
