any one selling 99 civic climate controls the whole thing for a change over from cable to digital? if so how much, i just want to see how much they run.

 

you have the change out the blower box, and AC boxes under the dash to convert it over to electrical instead of mechanical. here is a link to a thread that will show you the work you have to do if you want the new climate control.
