Default I got my valve springs mixed up!

Gettin ready to put my b16 head back together and I have 1 slight question. I know which are my intake and exhaust valve springs, but my question is about the inners. Which are the type r ones? Can I put the type r inners on the intake side and use the stock b16 inners on the exhaust side to have dual springs on both? Sorry if I sound confused cause I am

You can put the b16a inners on the exhaust side and the ITR's on the intake.Im not sure about the height differences though,as ive never compared them side to side. The exhaust side valvesprings are about 1mm longer,or at least thats what im seeing right now as i compare them. The inners look to be the same height though,so i dont think it matters which side they go on.
