Wow, Just finished claying my car
I went to Autozone today and got my clar bar for $13. It was clay magic, since it was the only kind they carried at that Autozone. It was really sticky, but it did the job, and wow my paint looks and feels BRAND NEW. I love the feeling when your rubbing the clay on the paint and it starts to get friction, and then you keep rubbing and it all the sudden gets smooth as hell. Mmmmm, it shines like new. I highly recommend clay barring to anybody, especially if you have a white car like me with tons of industrial fallout on it.

Claybar is used to remove the contaminants on the surface of the paint... you need to polish to remove defects and add oils to the paint, and wax/seal to protect the paint.

I bought the car with it painted on....i've grown used to it...and for a pin stripe it looks pretty good. I can't do anything about it though...other then repaint...which i'm not doing just to get rid of a pinstripe.
