need buddy club spec 3+ vs. RM m22's info for an ls/vtec

i was wondering what cams would get my brother to 200hp. he dynoed 184 with b16 cams and a blown headgasket. any info or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

His setup
Ls/vtec
CTR pistons .25
AEBS intake manifold
h22 throttle body
mild ported and polished head
Rocket motorsports springs and retainers
Mugen header
Cam gears
Homemade intake
Vafc
Chipped p30

and I dynoed the same on a build set up but had more problems then that

Ill be testing a set against Crower 403's on my brothers ITR just to see how they do in comparison...
