Default need buddy club spec 3+ vs. RM m22's info for an ls/vtec

i was wondering what cams would get my brother to 200hp. he dynoed 184 with b16 cams and a blown headgasket. any info or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

His setup
Ls/vtec
CTR pistons .25
AEBS intake manifold
h22 throttle body
mild ported and polished head
Rocket motorsports springs and retainers
Mugen header
Cam gears
Homemade intake
Vafc
Chipped p30

thanks.

Regardless if you choose BC 3+ or my M22's I can help you with a base map for your chipped P30.

Propps to a healthy motor!
