The motor should bolt right in. You may want to put some Energy Suspension inserts or something similar since the motor will be out. Also, if you have a chance, change the clutch, flywheel and anything else you may think you may have a headache with later, now since the motor is out. If you don't have enough money to do all that, I'd suggest you wait until you do because it'll save you more cash in the long run. so are you saying that i can use my d14 engine and tranny mount for a B serise??

this is a very noob q. but will a d serise tranny will fit a b serise ENGINE??

 

no you will need a 99-00 SI rear tranny bracket, and drivers side mount (the part that bolts to the motor not the chassis). I used the b-series front tranny mount, not sure if i had to but i did.
