Default rod bearings, what size......this one is tuff

ok here we go, I got a set of rods (eagle) for my b16 that i am turboing. i was told that the honda bearings run tight tolerances. One of my stock bearings are shot and cant be re-used. should i run a new set of factory bearings? -OR- Should i run a set of aftermarkets? Next Q??? will the factory rods be the same size as my new aftermarket rods so that i can use factory honda bearings?? because i know that they use different sizes of bearings depending on the crank/rod bearing gap.... i know people have done rods befor, Whats the trick?????
