I feel like a total newb posting this cause i searched and saw the huge painting thread(which was very informative thanks) but i still have some questions.

So here goes, i have HX rims that i want to paint glossy black / polished lip. Heres a picture... well sorta



My question is do you guys paint the inside and the back of the rims? Also how do i remove the wheel weight on the lip and how much does it cost to get the weights put back on? As Always thanks in advanced
