Default New to imports- lowering oppinion

Hey I have a 97 civic EX coupe and I just started doing stuff to it. I did intake and now I want to lower it. I have only 500 to spend total. What is the best for my money that will give me the same feel as stock or better while lowered? I dont want top of the line performance, but I dont want to feel every bump either. Can any one help me out/ give some oppinions??

Ground Control coilover and Kyb shocks. Good deal for the money. Make sure to look around on ebay and other sites. Check the classifies on here. That or the Omni's, but i think Teins are too much for what u want and cost too much.
