Hey as the title says i have around 13k to spend on a car, looking for preferably an EP3 but also lookin at EM's and Ek's. Looking for clean title and low mileage. Im in the 805 area code but will drive within 70 miles ish? Need a reliable car as this will be taking me to and from school in sd next year. Thanks
