how do I get a bill of sales if I bought the motor from my friends GSR???

Yep, make sure you have price, item(s) in question, any agreement about start up warranty in detail, both signatures + maybe one witness and it should be fine.

yes and have someone take a picture of you and the guy you're buying from shaking hands while standing in front of said motor. Better yet VIDEOTAPE THAT ****!
