The subframe is replaceable as a whole.

Though it's not easy.

But if you have an air chisel and a welder it might be an option.

you can buy the subframe from honda
and then you can either remove the entire thing, or just remove the braket(s) with a drill and a dead blow and respot weld it to your subframe
