There is this company that retro fit projetor lights from audi's and bmw's to any light you sent them, or you could just tell them to get ahold of some JDM accord lights and they would retrofit projectors, and an hid kit, and ship it all out to you, all you had to do was intall the lights and wire the hid's.... if anyone knows please post... its not that cheap but seen alot of their work locally around here from friends, and they do a good job

 

dont do accords (yet) if you contact them about it ill bet they try, but it sure wont be cheap

 

damn 4 days of searching now... lol that clear corner company isnt the one i was looking for... thank you for the help tho... they specifically had an application for the accord. and many other cars as well.... ill check some other forums.... anyone with ideas feel free to post. thanks guys.
