i say greddy sp1 if you can find it. very quiet exhaust. the motor makes more noise than the exhaust. you can try the greddy sp2 but i have heard some people on hear say that its louder than the old sp1 version. thats the only real exhaust i have owned.

the quitest one i have ever come by was the RSR EX-mag exhaust. Extremely quite but not sure about HP gain/lose.
