Default just installed fpr now car wont start

Me and a friend just installed a fpr on his 99 gsr and now it won't start. We checked all the fuses. the fuel pump clearly primes theres fuel in the return line, it cranks, but I don't hear any spark. What could be the problem? Also, at first we didn't have the O ring in so a couple times when we primed it fuel went everywhere. but now it sealed so what do u all think?

are you sure there is no spark?? do you know how to check for spark?? If the car was running before you installed the fpr, there shouldn't be any problem with spark unless its a fluke occurance. Are you sure you didn't dissconnect the distrubutor plug while installin the fpr and forgot to reconnect it?
