i'm missing one of the washers that go onto my valve cover. here is the pic:



When my car is running, i can feel the air pushing out from that hole. Will this affect anything performance wise?

just go buy one at the dealer....

 

i got the whole gasket set which includes all those rings, a valve cover gasket, and 4 sparkplug gaskets for 20 bucks from conway

 

wouldnt oil come out of that also

 

btw, those arent the stock bolts on top ether

yes those are.. he's missing the washers, and then the plate cover.. the covered vanity nuts go over the plug wire cover.

Please dont give people miss leading infomation if you dont know it for sure. Yes those are the stock bolts. All he needs to do it get that washer/gasket for it or else it will leak some oil.

 

maybe you can find them at a junkyard, because at the dealer they charge close to $5 per grommet or washer or whatever it is you wanna call it.

 

just get them at the dealer, dont cry over 5 bucks, even if they were 20, u would still need them..

Ya just pick up an entire valve cover gasket kit from marcus at http://www.heeltoeauto.com It will have everything you need plus you will have a brand new gasket!
