do you mean sleeves? aebs makes t-sleeves, not sure if they make them for the s2k yet but i think they do. the motor is fairly new so if nobody makes them yet im sure you can either a. get them custom or b. wait and someone will make them.
benson, aebs, golden eagle those are just a few companies that make sleeves.
hope this helps

There are a few shops around the states and I know that doesn't help you out but they have had great success with upgrading the F20 S2k motor for high turbo outputs... My best bet would be to go to http://www.s2ki.com and go to their forums... This place is really not as helpful for the s2k as that site. Also check with any boosted forums and they can help you tremendously with any info....

Do you mean black guard? If so, that's what I have. He stays near my car and makes idle threats at anyone wishing to vandalize or steal the car. It's better than insurance. With this guy, I get results!

I'm gonna go out on a limb here say that block guards are a ****-*** cheap cop out for building an engine the right way.

Imagine your F20's cylinders - all nice and perfectly aligned. Then jamming some cookie-cutter formed piece of aluminum around the cylinder walls that has little holes drilled in it for "coolant flow".

It's a IMO - dumb concept that is less then adequate and causes more headaches then they are worth.

Block guards don't work, they just temporary, very temporary, just spend some cash and resleeve it.

STR makes a block gaurd that doesnt use holes and no longer has the coolant issues. Also blockgaurds are made for your motor so its not disruptive or harmful. But, with the money youd spend modding your s2000 to theoretically need a block gaurd you should sleeve it. Blockguards are great for intermediate budget builds where sleeving is not only overbudget but overkill.

This is a common misconception. It lets coolant flow just fine.

And to the S2K being closed deck....I don't think so. I thought I remember seeing a picture of one with the head off. Lemme see if I can find it.
