need phone contact regarding HC rules, West Side.

I am getting ready to convert my car to HC, and some of the rules are confusing. Is there no cc limit for hybrids any longer? Minimum weight says "deleted no minimum weights" ???
I have many other questions, and would prefer to talk and get it out of the way instead of 50 emails back and forth.

H1 is limited to 2.4L (rule 16.2b)

H1 min. weight other than D or K motors = 2200lbs
H1 min. weight with D motor = 2000lbs
H1 min. weight with K motor = 2350lbs
The above weights are with driver. (rule 6.1)
