The Brakes Upgrades? conversions?

Been looking around and searching around and cant seem to find brake upgrades so I assume their are conversions just wondering how?

fastbrakes.com. I've emailed the guy before, and he seems really nice. I think he gives discounts if you tell him you're from HT.
