Default Euro R tranny on the H?

I'm looking to get a H22 for my Accord soon, I'm pretty much a newb and don't know a lot about honda motors and honda's in general. Just wanted to know if a Euro R tranny will go along with the H22.. and what the difference will be from a regular lude S tranny.. or is it true that the Euro R and lude S have the same motor and tranny? What's the best route to take? Suggestions welcome.
TiA.

yes it will work, but the Euro R tranny is very hard to find. It has the best gearing out of all the H-trannies available...
