Hi,

I'm in the market for a used car and I need some info/issues/problems about 2000 4Cyl. Accord.

I know that accord is very reliable car but wondering if there's a obvious design fault in 2000 models.

For example
1. 2000-2003 Acura TL's have transmission issue (honda 5spd auto trannys in other cars as well) that acura extended the tranny warranty to 7yr/100k miles
2. Subaru 2.5 engines have badly designed Head Gaskets that subaru of America extended gasket related warranty to 7yr/100k miles.
3. 2000-2003 maximas have issues with MAF sensors, Rotor warpage, coils etc.

Above are the examples of what I know of.

If you know of any particular issues of 2000 model Accord, let me know

There's a problem with the ignition that i know of. But hold on, this would be better:

There's 5 known defects...there's a good site for this kind of stuff, anyone remember what it is?
