K20 swap or get a 350Z?
I have a 00 EX which is bone stock (motor-wise) exterior is mild with only a coilover drop, Si wheels, lip and grill. I have been planning on swapping in a B18C5 for the longest time, but recently am wondering about the new K20. Also wondering all the little problems that coem with a swap that can 'nickle and dime' you to death, once swapped in. Moreover, i am wondering if I should just keep my civic the way it is now - sell it since it is in mint condition w/ factory leather and upgrade to a Z. Then spend my time with a car that is fast out of the box. I get massive power from the new GReddy TT, and some nice, big offset wheels. Not really looking for an answer - just curious what you guys would do.

350Z. I own both a swapped NA Civic and now my new 350Z, and the 350Z is a whole new ball game. If you can afford it, I would go with the 350Z. Don't forget about the great supercharger options.

yea. I think I will be going the 350Z route. Time to play with the big boys. That won't be until a few more years. Getting married in November and will have the honda paid off next year. I would like to enjot a year or two of no car payments as well. Then I can jump all over the Z, unless a new car comes along that is in that price range that beats it.

depends on what u want. If u want refinement and that new car smell and feel, can handle the price, then 350Z.... if u dont want a car payment and a hell of alot cheaper then go K20. This is how mine went...

2000 Civic EX. Complete suspension upgrade and a few exterior mods, like a lip, painted side skirts. Motor is bone stock since I was originally planning on swapping in a new motor since day one. Yes, this car my ONLY car. Daily driver to my studio in Dallas - about 30 miles each day in Dallas traffic.
