looks like 96 (?) spec itr wheels 4 x 114.3 bolt pattern minus the center caps^^

arent those itr wheels the ones made by enkei? just like the USDM vx wheels...?

they are either the 96 spec JDM ITR wheels 114x4 bolt pattern...

or very similar to the Wedsport wheels. ...but im thinking it is the ITR wheels.

This is just my guess but they look like Civic HX rims powder-coated white

EDIT: Nevermind... I just saw a picture of HX rims and they're different

those aren't wedsports. weds look better than that and have wedsports written on them
