prelude 5 lug same as type r 5 lug?

prelude 5 lug same as type r 5 lug?
i have a 96 civic and i have access to a complete 2001 prelude suspension so im wondering if the type r rims will fit on the prelude.....what do you have to change to put these wheels on my 96 civic.....just the hubs, rotors, and brake assembly? please help
