JDM has the wood paneling, the ITR doesn't.

ITR= Integra Type R
JDM= Japanese Domestic Market

Before you post wild questions like this in the future, try reading the many posts avalible on H-T.

Both are from Japan. You can't compare an ITR with JDM, they are not the same concept. An ITR IS JDM, technically speaking. But an ITR shipped overseas is not JDM, but is still JDM none-the-less because all the parts are made in Japan. Am I confusing you yet? HAHA.
