Default HB piping vs. Coupe/sedan piping

Well, im driving a 98 Civic sedan rite now and im getting a hatch soon and I have my custom HKS hipower axle back and was wondering if it will fit directly onto the hatch. If not, whats the difference in the piping? Thanks.
