Default ABS Light

Im hoping the Vigor has the same ABS unit as the Accords or similiar. Ok my ABS light has been on for around 3 months now... i've just been ignoring it because I dont have the money right now to fix it and plus its not important until winter comes. Whats been bugging me, is the dam light is always on!

Now would taking out the fuses from the ABS unit thing under the hood work? Theres like a box in front of the battery and it says ABS unit on it, I took off the cover and there are 4 fuses in there. Is it okay to remove them??? just so that the light goes away

An ABS light could mean a faulty brake system...I wouldn't let it go ignored just my 2 cents.

If the ABS is not functioning properly and you do not want to have to worry about it. I would disconnect the ABS brain which is located in your trunk on the right hand side behind your trim panel. Reason for this-if its not functions properly you never know what could go wrong..ie total brake failure

Oh its a Vigor.. then im not 100% sure. but it is a silver metal box. its the ABS brain and it has two sets of plugs going into it. just disconnect both of them.
