After 4 months of waiting my jdm amber sidemarkers finally came for my 5th gen. No wires came with the lights, I know the wires have to be spliced to install these but do I have to get any hardware or wiring for instalation?

 

Yeah you're gonna need wiring to connect to the lights. You'll probably want to run them to your bumper lenses so they only come on/blink when your signal is on. You don't want them on when your lights are on (ghetto). You know you coulda picked up a set on ebay with no waiting and cheaper (I'm sure)

 

Yeah, I don't want any ghetto lights. I am taking the car to a body shop to have this done, would they have the wiring or is there something special I would have to get? Keeping in mind they already told me they can install them, thats before I knew I needed wiring.

 

If they don't have the wiring then you don't want to go to them. Its a really easy install aside from the drilling of the fender. They may charge you 5 bucks for wiring but I wouldn't worry about it.
