Default 1996 Accord blowing tail light fuse

This thing is driving me crazy. 4 door Accord blowing the fuse on the circuit that runs the tail, side marker, license plate lights etc. Dash lights go out too. The fuse that is blowing is labeled "small light" and is under the hood. Here's the weird part. After much checking and messing around I got them to work, but if you close the passenger door and make the car shake a little the short is back and the fuse blows. Ideas anyone? Anybody know where I can get a wiring diagram? I have a Haynes manual but they a little weak.

Thanks

-Craig
