2003+ AV6 overhead console w/ sunglass holder...same as 2004+ TSX?

2003+ AV6 overhead console w/ sunglass holder...same as 2004+ TSX?
Just wanted to know if this console is identical to the console in the TSX...difference only being that the TSX has a blue mood light in it, and the Accord (US spec) has the orange mood light...
