I have a 2004 coupe, and I am trying to install my new projector headlights...I have so far removed all the plastic connectors and 10mm bolts and screws holding the bumper on, but I have no idea how to remove the 12mm bolts holding the steel reinforcement bolts (which I am assuming is connected to the bumper cover).
They are located in an inaccessible space, and I am beginning to think I have to cut out the blackouts for the OEM foglight locations to get to these bolts...HELP?!!?!

Are there more than (2) -12mm bolts holding the bumper onto the frame of the car?

Does anyone have experience with this? I had an 1989 CRX Si which had (4)-12mm bolts holding the steel bumper reinforcements to the frame, this is why i am asking.
