Default Good price?? Opinions please

I was quoted a price of $4400 for a b18c1 installed into an EK hatchback if I provide the header. This is from Jeff at Import Builders, which is apparently (from what people say) a trustworthy and good shop.

My question:
Is this a good price?

Price is reasonable if he includes the 99+ Si rear mount that's needed

How many miles on the engine? it seems a little on the high side to me but if it's a young motor and a complete turn key (minus the header) from a reputable shop it's not unreasonable.

B18c1 going rate is around 3000-3600 (complete swap). So the rest is labor. You have to ask him if that is a walk out of the door price, nothing elses tagged on. I am in the process of installing mine down in the basement. To tell you the truth, If I could pay that price I would pay that in a hurry after what I have to put up with. But then I am in the East coast, prices are a little different. No competition plus no one I can trust. I am having lots of problem with the balljoints. Can't get it loose, and that is only the beginning.
