hey guys .. im putting a d16a6 into a 90 dx rex...... dpfi to mpfi conversion...... ive got everything wired up for the fuel, and ive run the c1 and c2 wires to the blue/green and blue/yellow on the dizzy .... now i dont have the harness side dizzy clip so i have decided just to permenatly hardwire .....

i have wired and match the colors from the dx harness to the si dizzy..... but i heard that your not suposed to just match the colors... that there is a certain way it has to be wired... is this true .. and if so how do i wire it???.. cause right now i am not getting spark with the wire colors simply matched, and ive checked my grounds......

someone please help me so i can get up and running!!!!!!

Yeah...
I'm having the same problem... I thought it was my TDC... but then I noticed only the 3rd and 4th Plug wires were sparking up. Someone has to know this... Please help us out!!!

you are suppose to match it but make sure that you matched it correctly.. make sure u wired the CPS properly two.. blue/green C1 and blue/yellow C2 ( i think)

Quick update...
Finally got the car running, turns out the igniter on the Dizzy was bad. So... if you are doing this conversion... make sure you test out the distributor!

how do you test a distributor ? besides putting into another car?
