Default Tial Wastegate Spring Colors....Please explain

I've been searching H-T for a good explanation of Tial's spring's colors/pressures, but it seems like everyone is getting mixed up. For example, I read a post that says that a .4Bar spring for a 38mm is a small red spring. Lower on the page, I see another post that says a .5Bar is a small red spring for a 38mm. If there is any representative from Tial or anyone that truly knows the proper colors/pressures for each size of the Tail wastegate line, I, and probably alot of other confused poeple would appreciate a definitive answer. Thanks.
